The Business and Law examinations are administered through each state to ensure proper knowledge of state specific laws and regulations. NASCLA works closely with participating state members in publishing their NASCLA Contractor's Guide to Business, Law, and Project Management publication(s) however, NASCLA does not administer the Business and Law exams.
